Burhan Kaplan, Civil Engineering Graduate. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering in 2010. That same year, he began his Master's studies in Structural Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and his career at ATTEC. He completed his Master's degree in 2013 with a thesis titled "Seismic Analysis of Traditional Ottoman Timber Mansion and Reinforcement Techniques".

He has experience in engineering calculations, 2D drawing and 3D modeling, construction projects for timber, steel and masonry structures, as well as reinforced concrete and composite structures. Within STRAD, he works as a manager/executor in the areas of architectural and electromechanical coordination, design of industrial, timber, masonry, reinforced concrete, special steel and composite structures, preparation of restoration/reconstruction projects for historical buildings, and site supervision.
